Sheri Carmichael was content living on the South Side
of Chicago with her mother and brother Todd. Her best
friend Chantel lived next door and her thugged out boyfriend
Rico meant the whole world to her. When Sheri's brother
Todd is chosen as the #2 draft pick in the NBA draft Sheri's
life changes completely. The family is just getting used
to the NBA family life when a violent home invasion forces
Sheri and her mother out of the family home.

to an upscale community in the Chicago suburbs. Forced
to transfer during her senior year, Sheri finds herself
having to adjust to a new school. New friends Jade and
Megan befriend Sheri because her brother is an NBA player.
Courtside seats to a basketball game, a brand new car,
a credit card with no limit and a trip to the NBA All-Star
game are among the perks that Todd lavishes onto his
sister during her senior year of high school. Sheri
also finds herself getting extra close with Todd's roommate
NBA player Richard Easton.

year of high school to spin completely out of control.
Being instant rich can have it's problems. Sheri's long
lost father even comes knocking around after Todd strikes
it rich in the NBA. Things get extra tense when Sheri's
on again off again boyfriend Rico loses control. With
all of the distractions will Sheri even finish high
